Presentations will be performed:

Computer made projection (Microsoft PowerPoint program). Slide projection (as an exception). One or two projectors.

Audiovisual material for the presentation will be achieved:

On CD-ROM, DVD, or USB disc. Files will include a folder for each Power Point presentation and all the related videos.

The folder will include the following data:
Name of the presentation
Day and Hour of the presentation (authors will be informed at a proper time/in time)
Name of the first author.

Presentations will be presented to the secretary's office (Venue)

Two hours before the presentation, for lecturers of the 5 th of June or for those who will only attend the congress on the day of their presentation. Preferably the day before the presentation, for the rest of the lecturers.

Length of the presentation

Between 30 and 45 minutes. In case of modifications in the adjudged times for each session, lecturers will be notified by the person in charge of the session.

For an adequate functioning of the congress, the presentations' length won't be extendable
