Presentations will be performed:

Computer made projection (Microsoft PowerPoint program). Slide projection, as an exception

Audiovisual material for the presentation will be achieved:

On CD-ROM, DVD, or USB disc. Files will include a folder with the PowerPoint presentation and all the related videos.

The folder will include the following data:
Name of the presentation
Day and Hour of the presentation (authors will be informed at a proper time)
Name of the first author.

Presentations will be presented to the secretary's office (Venue)

Two hours before the presentation. Preferably the day before the presentation.

Length of the presentation

Presentation 10 minutes
Debate and questions 3 minutes

For an adequate functioning of the sessions, the presentations' length won't be extendable
