The Scientific Committee has elaborated the following regulation for the authors of Free Papers of the First International Congress on the Romanesque Art, City of Zamora.

For sending of the summaries, the first or second author (in such a case) must be registered in the congress.

The authors will appear with their name and two family names (except those proceeding from countries where a single family name is used).

The closing date for sending the summaries is 5 th June 2006 .

In order to keep a unity of style in the Summaries Book, the scientific committee will be able to suggest to the authors the appropriate modifications.

Free Papers will be placed in the web of the congress for the diffusion of the didactic content of the congress.

All the contacts between the Scientific Committee and the authors of free papers will be made by electronic mail and through the webpage of the congress.

The Congress Secretariat will notify acknowledgment of receipt of the free papers to their authors.
