Hermitage of El Santo Cristo del Pino (Santa Cruz)

11th-13th centuries

This hermitage is a simple construction principally Visigothic and Mozarabic. On the door a Gothic inscription reads "por la señal de la Cruz líbranos de nuestros enemigos" what means "by the sign of the cross deliver us from our enemies."

A procession on Monday Pentecost can be enjoyed. During this celebration is traditional having breakfast tasting chocolate and snacking a roasted typical of the area.

The surrounding area offers views of great beauty.
